Previous versions of Acumatica have allowed for SMS messages, Text messages, eMail, and more to communicate. Acumatica 2021 R1 takes notification set-up to a new level of ease with no-code and low-code capabilities within Business Events and a new type called “Trigger by Action”.
Once the notification is created, it can be assigned to different screens that can be filtered to send targeted inquiries to the right customers and vendors.
